Self-taught developer turned CTO. I build agents, developer tools, and privacy-first systems for markets where bandwidth is low and stakes are high. Shipped seven production products from a studio in Nouakchott. Won #1 Technical Innovation at GIZ 2025. Represented Mauritania at GAICA 2025.

Constraint is creative fuel. Low bandwidth, unstable networks, zero budget — all sharpen the work.
